Hello my loves,

I'm so excited to finally have this space to properly share more with you all.

I wanted somewhere a little more personal where I can keep you updated on everything I've been working on, without everything disappearing from a feed five minutes later.

A huge focus for me at the moment is fitness and getting back to feeling my strongest, healthiest and most confident again. I've really been enjoying getting back into training properly, rebuilding my shape, and pushing myself again both physically and mentally.

This space will be a mixture of fitness, lifestyle, little life updates, food, routines, thoughts, recommendations, and whatever else I feel like sharing along the way. I want it to feel genuine, relaxed and a little more personal.
