In her own words
My background is not what people expect. Alongside two decades in modelling I worked in clinical healthcare, running my own community clinics through the pandemic, so health and the body have always been part of my world. Becoming a qualified sports nutritionist felt like the natural next step, not a pivot.
This site is my own little corner of the internet. Writing, video, the things I love and recommend, and a bit on fitness and lifestyle. I am here to share what life actually looks like, not a polished version of it. Some days that means a long piece of writing. Some days it means a paragraph and a photo. Either way it is me, doing the work myself, and I quite like it that way.
